Meditation is a practice of focusing the mind in a way that helps you calm down, become more aware of the present moment, and sometimes achieve a sense of peace or clarity. It's a bit like exercise, but for your mind!
The Light Stream Meditation is a visualization technique that helps guide you into a relaxed, focused state. It’s often used in the early phases of Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to help client's manage stress and build a sense of safety before engaging with difficult memories or emotions. This meditation can also be used for shifting everyday feelings and sensations.
